TERMS

Terms of use

These are the terms for using Dray: the website, the browser extension, the connection your assistants use, and the tools for coding agents. By creating an account or using any of them, you agree to these terms.

LAST UPDATED 21 OCTOBER 2026

Who we are

Dray is run by Rafael Aslanian, an individual based in the United Kingdom. In these terms, “we” and “Dray” mean him and the service. You can reach us at support@withdray.com.

Our privacy page explains what Dray collects and how it is used. It is part of these terms.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Dray. Give us an email address you control, and keep your sign-in details and access keys to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got into it.

One account is for one person. If you use Dray for work, make sure you are allowed to put that work into it.

What Dray does

Dray saves the conversations you choose to share with it, works out what is worth remembering, and lets the assistants and coding agents you connect look that up. It can also link chats so your assistants pass messages to each other.

Dray uses AI models to pick out facts from your conversations, and they make mistakes. A fact may be wrong, out of date, or missing. Your assistants can also misread what Dray gives them. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Dray does not give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

We add, change and remove features, and the service may be unavailable at times. We try to give notice of changes that take something away.

Your content

Your conversations, memory and files are yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them only so that Dray works for you: to build your memory, to answer your assistants’ lookups, and to show you what Dray has saved. We do not sell them, and we do not train AI models on them.

Conversations often include sensitive details, about your health for example. Before Dray saves anything for your account, we ask for your explicit consent to process them, as the privacy page explains.

You are responsible for what you put into Dray. Only share content you have the right to share. Conversations often mention other people, so treat what Dray holds about them with care.

When you link a chat with someone else’s, or post to a link they can read, they and their assistant see what is posted there. Only post what you mean to share.

Other services

Dray works alongside assistants and tools made by other companies, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Cursor and Codex. We are not part of those companies and they do not endorse Dray.

You choose which of them Dray reads from and connects to. Your use of each one is covered by its own terms, and following those terms is up to you. If one of them changes how it works, parts of Dray may stop working with it.

When an assistant looks something up, what Dray returns becomes part of that conversation, and that company handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.

Paying and refunds

Dray is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. Prices do not include tax: any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies where you live is added at checkout. Before you pay, we show the total with that tax, how often it renews and how to cancel. Each plan includes a monthly amount of use, set out on the usage page.

Payments are handled by Polar, which sells the subscription to you as merchant of record. Their name may appear on your statement, and they handle any tax that applies.

If you start with a free trial, Polar emails you before it ends, and your card is charged when it ends unless you cancel first.

If you are not happy, ask within 30 days of your first payment on a new subscription and we will refund it in full. The plan then stops renewing and ends one month after the period you paid for began, or straight away if that month has passed. Write to support@withdray.com from the email you signed up with. This does not cover a plan that began with a free trial: the trial was your time to try Dray. After that, payments are not refunded, except where the law says they must be.

You can cancel at any time in Billing on your account page. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. If we change a price, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

If you live in the UK or the EU, the law may give you the right to cancel within 14 days of buying, or of the first charge after a free trial. These terms do not take that away.

Rules of use

Do not use Dray to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to store content you have no right to hold. Do not collect other people’s data without their knowledge.

Do not try to get into another person’s account or memory, probe or overload our systems, get around plan limits, or resell Dray. Do not use links to send spam or to trick another person’s assistant.

You may use the open parts of Dray, such as the plugin for coding agents, under their own licence.

Reporting content and complaints

If something posted to a chat link looks illegal to you, or breaks these terms, report it to support@withdray.com with “Report” in the subject. Tell us which link it was, by its name or code, and what was posted. We look at every report, normally within two working days, and we can remove posts, close links, and suspend or close accounts. We tell the person who reported it what we did.

If we act against your account or something you posted and you think we got it wrong, or you want to complain about how we handled a report, write to the same address. We will look at it again and reply, normally within 14 days.

Rafael Aslanian is responsible for how Dray deals with illegal content.

Ending

You can stop using Dray at any time. When a plan ends, your assistants can no longer look things up and Dray stops learning. Your chats keep being saved for 30 days and your memory is kept, so it is there if you come back. If your account goes 24 months without a plan, counted from when the last one ended or, if you never had one, from when you signed up, we delete it and everything in it, after emailing you a month before.

To close your account and delete everything in it, email support@withdray.com from the address you sign in with. We delete it within 30 days, as the privacy page describes.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or the service at risk, or is not paid for. Unless the matter is urgent, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close an account that has done nothing wrong, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

Our responsibility

We provide Dray with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and beyond what the law requires, we make no promise that it will be free of errors, always available, or right for a particular purpose.

If we let you down, we are responsible for loss that was a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss of profit or business, or for loss caused by another company’s assistant or service. The most we will owe you in total is what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. If you are a consumer, you keep all your legal rights.

If Dray changes hands

Dray is run by Rafael Aslanian himself for now. We may transfer these terms, and your account with them, to a company he sets up or to whoever takes Dray over. We will tell you before that happens, and it will not reduce your rights under these terms. If you do not want to continue, you can cancel and close your account.

Changes and law

We may update these terms as Dray changes. If a change matters to you, we will email you or tell you in Dray before it applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel and stop using Dray.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can settle disputes. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory laws and can bring a claim there.
